Also, in future development you may wish to integrate it with the cash/shop mods
If it doesn't pass because of other reasons (not security issues) I will release it as a beta in the mean time.
I'm not really taking feature requests for the first version, though I will make a note of that.Peter77sx wrote:Should be an option for user not to use Admin or moderator colors.
I'm interested, please PM when you're ready to give out a beta release.Trel wrote:The mod was denied again, for reasons other than security.
Either late today or early tomorrow, I shall make available a beta version for those who would want to test it and help me work out any kinks.
The problem with that is I have not yet found a way to do a permission check on a user that is not the current one. That was my original goal on how to do it, but I wasn't able to at least with what I know now.Nemisis7654 wrote:Cool...I am going to test it out.
I am testing it out, and it seems to work pretty good for me.
Perhaps one thing you could change, however, is this: Instead of making it so that you have to go to the overview page of a user in the Admin CP to determine whether or not someone can use the colors, make it go in the permission list.
And another thing, how would one go about making the name at the top (where it says: "Logout [ Username ]" in subsilver2) colored as well?
No, I have not added such a feature yet to change it from the admin panel.Nemisis7654 wrote:Hmm...
Also is there a way to make it so that an admin can change a color of another user via the Admin Panel. I was playing around with it, but it is not changing the colors.
