Modification Description: Add the possibility to describe topics.

28.06.2009 » 0.4.1 : Fix bug when editing a described topic with permission to describe topic setting to no / Add descriptions in MCP forum.

Features:

Display in viewforum, viewtopic, search results dispay as topic and MCP forum.
For topic starter and moderator - only in first post.
Based on forum permissions (local). You can give permissions for any group/user per forum. Default, permissions aren't configure, don't forget to configure this option to use descriptions.

Is there anyway to restrict this to mods og admins or a group only ?

Mod updated to 0.2.0 - code changes are in contrib folder.

Permissions created. They are for Users/Groups (global) or by forum (local).
If you want to set only some forums with topics descriptions, you must use local permissions.
Else, for all your forums, do with global permissions - for users or groups.

ill be a beta tester. i just want to point out that prosilver instructions should be in the main install file. havent tested the rest yet.

This mod installed nicely BUT when I run install.php it tells me Im not authorized and takes me to the login page even though I was logged in previous? I AM the site admin so I dont know why this happens?

I just removed this code and installed it
