Modification description: Restricts posts and new topics for a certain time on a per group or posts basis. Configurable in ACP > Users and groups > Manage groups.

Admin can set that users with less than ex 10 posts only can post 5 posts per hour.
And / Or that users belonging to certain groups can post 20 posts per day or hour.

In my board (http://www.ladeenyon.net/forum/index.php) there are roles of limits new topics per forum by user, something like:

• forum id "1": user can post new topic every 3 days.
• forum id "4": user can post new topic every 9 days.
  .....

So I need that to be performed automatically. Maybe through an option "New topic by user per: ... x ...days" can be set by admin on ACP----Manage forums----Edit forum.

I think it's more important than mod "limit posts per day".

I need this mod so much. I have a really really really hard times, over two years, trying to manage that manually (calculating topics, deleting topics, warning users, and much more..) or by unsuccessful (or limited)modifications.

I hope it can be done and someone work on it.
I'll be so grateful for you to accomplish this mod.

I looked at your forum. I think your (Arabic?) written language is really nice. Looks good sort of. To bad I don't understand any off it.

If you'r interested discussing religon and humanism you can do that in the Other Languages Forum. The site is "Arab non-religious net".

Yes, I need this mod as a halfway-point between regular users and banned ones; being able to restrict the rate at which they post crap is better than banning and having them come back with a new account to wreak havoc

Love to see this mod get finished.
