i also want to thank all guys from the phpbb support team who helped me!

describtion:
with the board clubs feature users should be able to create own interrest groups.
other users should then be able to join these groups.

!THIS MOD IS STILL UNDER DEVELOPMENT AND NOT CONSIDERED TO BE RUN ON A LIVE BOARD!

features:
create club
join options (=founder can choose between a public club where everyone can join, one where users have to be accepted and a password option)
acceptionlist for club founder
club categories
club own avatar
club memberlist
club describtion (+editable)
club short describtion (+editable)
club administration panel (=cap) // you are able to change the join option there or edit the join password
clubs a user has joined in profile
club stats
club contact (email, web, pm)
club own categories can be created only by club founders
club own posts in the categories
only members of the club can post
acp module for your configuration
acp module for club aprooval list
acp module for club categories
acp module for club settings
two options for ultimate points mod
option to delete members
option to edit, delete avatars
option to edit club founder
view newest clubs on category page
view clubs with most members on category page
attachment option for posts
mcp module for reported clubs
club report system
club feeds
my clubs tab on categories page
my clubs tab on index page

(there is no update possible from versions older than the Ultimate Board Clubs System 1.0.0 because the code has been completely rewritten!)
If you wanna update to the new version, you have to uninstall the previous version!

(there will be no support for outdated versions!)

would be great to have some translations included too.
if you want to have some feature included post it here.

plz be sure to enable the board clubs system before using it!

Wow. Will clubs also have photo gallery or would it be possible to set permissions on existing phpbb gallery to show certain album only to group members?

we only want a microblogging club system, pls dont kill the idea from woipi with to much new features!

hm little update:

the joined board clubs show up in the profile now and a link in the oerall header is added.... ;)
right now i'mworking on the clubavatar but i have no plan on how to including it maybe someone could help me and tell me how to do so.... ;)

Hi,

Will members be able to create clubs? or will this admin only?

And the forum that is setup for each club is that private to that club membership? or can anyone view including bots?

that will be a acp and cap (club administration panel) configuration....

i have planed that users will be able to create password protected clubs, clubs where the joins of users must be accepted, and public clubs where all users can join without any acception....

then there are two options for creating a club: with acception from the acp and without....

It would be nice to see all the clubs have their own unique logo.

So that the creator of a club can upload his own image, agreed. :)

yes but i'm currently having some problems with that.... like the logo doesn't get uploaded to the server and i really don't know where the mistake is.... :(

yes i only need ideas what to include in this mod....
so post your ideas and i will be very glad if there would be someone who helps me with it through i have not much time now and have not so much experience.... :(

dev: got a check out function now so that you can leave a club and changed the style and the code a bit....
still having problems with uploading a club avatar maybe someone can help me....

i appreciate any ideas for being included.... ;)

right now i will start with the cap....
