Modification Name: "File Attachments Block"
Author: irdem
Modification Description: Display latest and random file attachments as a block on index from all forums with attachment's poster.

Requirements: mysql 5.x.x and higher.

Features:

* Allow enable / disable block.

* Allow define number of file attachments to display on block.

* Extensions Supported: .zip, .rar, .pdf

* Display name of attachment poster.

* Display reply count.

* Display download count

* Display last comment date

* Ability of limiting the topic title characters

* Ability exclude forum(s)

History: first release..
