It was one of my mods. Can you tell me how to disable tagging users and creating hashtags in a post?

FCproductions wrote:Hello author,
can you add some code to link the user's profile on the right side of the follower? The only thing that this mod does not have, is a way to get to the user's main profile if the follower is not set as primary.

Thanks x1,000,000!

Is there a way to alter the user's follower name in ACP? I am not seeing it.

In the cBB Follower ACP options you can find the "Manage users" option to do this.

Hi, firstly congratulations for the nice work, really great mod!
I have this question: is there a way to install only these features:

[*]Allows users to mention each other in forum posts.

[*]Includes a Quick mention system.

Thank you very much in advance for the help.

Hi. I noticed that when a user mention another inside a topic, a link to the user is created. But guests cannot see these links. What code I need to change to make the links visible by everyone?

Quick Question.
Is there a way to add a "new comment url" on my template with out using the button class?

Id like to a new comments url on my template menu.

something like this:

Code: Select all

<!-- IF FWR_ALLOW_COMMENTS -->
		<a href="#!add-comment"   title="{L_COMMENT_ADD} ">{L_COMMENT_ADD} </a>

<!-- ENDIF -->
Thankz Al

In this version is not possible.
I add this possibility on the next version.

Can you add?

ChesterBlue
Blackboard

:D

Also, what is a common reason why the follower button would not appear on the top header? I have this mod installed on another site, and it works perfectly. I have just installed it on a newer site I am working on, and everything works great except for that tab not showing up. Any ideas let me know. I have checked all install files and images, everything is correct.

open follower_footer.html

find:

Code: Select all

<div style="display: none;">
replace-with:

Code: Select all

<div>

Great Mod! 2 questions
I'd like to change the default notification settings for my users (turning off all e-mail alerts by default)
can you suggest how to hack your code to do this?

Is there any way to move the button controls from the top center of the forum to a different location?

Thanks!
