i have some suggestion for your mod.

can enable in UCP.
permission for friends of foes in UCP to see my comments.
support subsilver2
use AJAX system for this mod like your comment post.

a question:
this mod working with phpbb-seo? is it work page 2 or page 3 in profile when seo active?

Sweet! I still dislike the notification method though. I think it should be similar to Simple Profile Comments where when you get a comment(s) there's a message in the header that says you have a new comment(s). But again, that's just me...

I agree with the AJAX part MeisM suggested, would make it much better than the Simple Profile Comments mod.

These are all amazing suggestions and hopefully I'll implement them but for this version I just want to focus on core.
I don't think Ajax would be a good choice for this mod. For me Ajax needs jquery js and css library. they all need resources and may cause decrease in page load time.
Well I use phpbb pagination function. If it works with seo mod there is no reason not to work with mine.

I like that the PM notice is sent from the original comment poster and not from admin ( or choosen id ) This way the conversation could continue in private message thanks to the quoted comment.

Hey nice mod. I agree with a pm for every comment! (the user will receive a pm and an email so he will definetly check the comment )
Can the user/users reply to comments(maybe some super quick reply without page refresh?)
I think this mod will be a nice user wall mod! GG

hi dude nice mod, have but UCP control?

how:

Allow comments in your profile
Allow only friends leave comment on your profile
Only allow friends to see the comment of their profile
Notify about the comment

Could it be possible that it helps me to add that this mod a log / log add comments for moderators and administrators quickly consult

The profile guestbook mod is very similar and has only 1 template edit.
It does not have any ACP option though..
