Hello HandyMan,

must say you've got a really good mod there, however im having a few problems, it's nothing to do with the functionality it's about customization. I really don't like the size of the Chat Bars i think they are too big, i have managed to shrink the whole "message holder" down however the messages still remain the same size. You can get a better look over at http://www.teenternet.info. I know it's probably something simple but any help that you could provide me with would be great,

I have just installed this and love it.
Have a couple of questions.

1. How do i to make the change the hight of it?
2. The image for online,offline dosent show up, i have checked the installations and cant find any problems.

1. I believe you must edit chat_body.html.
2. Check the permissions on the images. Try CHMOD 740 on them.

I have a somewhat bizarre suggestion. I use Trillian as a chat program (don't know if you've heard of it...) but when you post (for example) a laughing smiley, a little sound clip of laughter plays in the background. When you post a pig smiley, snorting plays in the background, and et cetera. There are some other smilies with sounds assigned to them also. I know you don't even have an ACP module yet, so doing something like this would have to be be far in the future, but I think that it would really make your mod stand out of you included a feature like this. What I have in mind, is an ACP module where you can assign sound clips to smilies from your server.

Just an idea. My users would love it.

I think the board index version should have smaller boxes (it looks way bigger than it should at the moment on that board index), otherwise it looks pretty good.

The chat boxes do look a little big for a shoutbox. It's hard to find space.

I'm also curious if it's on the drawing board to allow users to create their own private chat rooms.

Shoutboxes usually don't have their own chatrooms, but chats do.

How can i reduce hight of hole chat window ? also I saw the shoutbox on Chris site and would liek to have same? Chris can you please help ?

In IE 6/7 it show horizental scroll bar, which makes it look ugly. I tried everrything possible but unable to find a way to take it off. How to take it off ? it is in shoutbox on index not the page. Also if there was a way to reduce the hight of each shout as most shout are of 1 line and the shout height is for 5 lines it is using space for nothing. Reducing will help have good index page with small shout box.
