I have a very interesting feature to ask, I think i twill be not that complicated to impliment as it can be in a table in database. Anyway you know php 10000 time better then me lol here is the idea.

I would like to have an option to protect download with password, but I want this password dynamic, The user who upload can choose to put or not to put the password. Then in a topic he post the link. People who reply in the topic will get populated in a table and then Poster can choose to send the password to those who replied. And pass are sent automatically via PM .

I am willing such system to avoid lechers and people who don’t appreciate work of otheres and just download things without giving thanks or comment to the autor

Is this possible ?

Also i have a music forum, would it be possible for users to enter some sort of tracklisting aswell so when it comes to downloading the file the users downloading it can read a playlist and then enter the dynamic password underneath list?

Great to see some activity in here once again. Would like to add a wish:
- A combobox in the "upload" menu where the uploader could choose a string who represent a picture for the file.
(Example: If it´s a package of pictures, a nice standard picture of "pictures", for movie: a camera, for game a joistick and so on. Pictures and combobox text choosed by the administrator).

I have a recommendation for features, you can add on the ACP a Enable/Disable users upload option. I.E: Enable: Users can upload things. Disabled: They can't.

Do you know a Download mod for Vbulletion ??

It's a upload page where do you insert some informations like photos, description, cover, opinion, etc and with this information, the mod create a first topic(in a new topic) with all information, but it's not a option to upload to server, it's to put webhost links like rapidshare,4shared,filefactory,etc...

Is this you are creating?
