This mod almost works great, but: like has been said earlier in this thread it resizes every image including my banner.

Now my banner is 775px but the max image size I want (so it doesnt stretch the forum width) is 525px. Simply setting the script to 775 doesn't give me an adequate solution.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Nothing can help this . a littel resize in your banner in view topic page is better than stretch the page width ( or it s my opinion at least :) )

Strange, my banner doesn't resize with the mod.

------- Edit ------

I just realized that my banner code in ovehall_header (or common.css, i don't remember each) is with a line command that specified height and weight, Maybe is because the mod did not resized him.

What you can do is splitting your header in two, so these two images are below the level of resizing.

In overall_header (for example):

Code: Select all

<span style="white-space:nowrap;"><a href="{U_INDEX}" title="{L_INDEX}" id="logo">
<img src="linktotheleftpartofyourheader.jpg" width="400" height="100" alt="" />
<img src="linktotherightpartofyourheader.jpg" width="400" height="100" alt="" />
</a></span>

Great idea! I made it into two images, and it works as intended now. Thanks!

i'm having the same banner problem as the rest of these guyz... i think this mod works alil too well... haha

but seriously... i know how we can fix this.. just not sure how to go about it... if we can change the script to getelementby ID and place a id in the BBCODE.php in the <img tag code... then this would only resize imgs that were placed using BBCODE instead of style imgs.... thankx...
