After Upgrading from 4.0.12 to 4.0.14 i had the same problem.
So i've downgraded the Mod it works well as before...i don't know why

Looks like there is some kind of conflict.
If I rightclick to see the icon in upper right corner I get this path:

For some reason there is an extra /highslide
The quick solution is to upload a folder named highslide into the highslide folder.
Copy the graphics folder over in the new highslide folder.

Hi!
I just installed this mod and I have the same problem - can not see the bottom icons.
All ways looks like rights and all files are uploaded. Even /theme/highslide/highslide/

Exactly.
My fault.
Last time the buttons weren't displayed even with downloaded folder, although the cash is cleaned up.

Interestingly..
I edit settings (highslide-with-gallery.js) by changing the program language.
I edit settings in both folders (/theme/highslide and /theme/highslide/highslide) but signatures to buttons remain in English.

Templates cash, themes, the common cash, browser cash are cleaned up.

Where can I change these settings in order to they were displayed on the pages of the forum?

Thats probably because the js file that is used is named: highslide-with-gallery.packed.js

This is defined in overall_header.html, rename it to: highslide-with-gallery.js

Having trouble getting highslide to work on my main page (index.php) from a forum attachment. Any ideas on how I could get it to work?

Also I do not see the icons to close and such even though they are obviously there.

I am looking and only see 1 highslide folder... and my other problem still exists too

And the solution is to create an extra highslide folder.
Put a copy of the graphics folder inside the extra highslide folder.
Upload the extra highslide folder to your forum and place it INSIDE the existing highslide folder.
