Removing the log-in area on the index?

Post by Andy76 » Tue Nov 24, 2009 3:01 pm

I am setting up a private forum, and if possible I would like the log-in section to only be available once the correct forum password has been entered.

Access to all forums are password protected, and I would only like the user log-in section to be available once the password to the forum has been passed.

Can this be done?

Thanks in advance.

Do you already have the forum passwords set up the way you want? The way the default forum password feature works, entering a forum password does not surive logging in.

If you do, then you can remove the log in. However, the changes you'd need to make would depend on the forum password code you are using.
