what is it that you want to know about it? if you want to know if it works, just try it on your board and see.

you need to explain what you are talking about.

if you are still talking about the same code you posted above, then explain what the problem is etc.

I see nothing wrong with your page that you linked to. I can't read the language but everything seems to be there and working properly.

this is not a place to check code so you need to tell us what the problem is.

Thanks Lumpy Burgertushie for responding. You see no problem in my site because I changed the code according to my knowledge. But that is not complete. I replaced the original code. Now you look into my site and see the problem. Thank you.

it is a mistake in the code for the simple news MOD as far as I can tell.

go to your index page in your browser, right click and choose to view the source.

whatever html file that the news MOD uses check it for errors.
it looks like you have tried to comment out a section of code but done it incorrectly.

<!-- is the start of the comment but there is no --> to end it.

there are many other errors in all the strange code you have as well but I think this is the one causing your problems in how the home page displays.

The html file of mod is in the first post of this topic. I used that file, no change done. Please point the correct fix. May be index.php edit have the problem.
Thanks

Thanks pit-PL for responding. It solved the problem. But there is xhtml validation error.
https://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http ... 2Fservices

And can you please tell me why the code below the line caused the problem, because it didn't cause problem in fresh install. may be because of mod to mod conflict or update problem of mod from previous version

Thanks.

currently you only have three minor validation errors and the page looks fine. I would forget about it and move on.

Thanks for responding,

I asked it here because I think some errors were occured in the mod updation. If we can identify the validation errors, it may light into the updation problem, I think.
