user name mod

I'm helping setup a guild wars alliance forum and we have 5 guilds using the forums. We have been just adding their guild tag [guild] manually. is there a way that the users can select their guild tag from a drop down menu in the profile and have it added onto their user name at the end.

We do not want members to be able to alter their names, just select them from a list to have it added to the end.

if anyone knows of a mod that will do this, please let me know.

You could use a custom profile field, though it wouldn't appear the way you want it to.
