Directory page

Basically a MOD that adds a page to the website that in the ACP gives admins the ability to customize a directory page(s) for links (on other website and their own).

It should definitely include:

• Categories
• Links displayed as example and underneath that, in smaller text, the actual URL
• The ability to give a website description

Some other things it could include:

• Allow users to comment/vote on a website
• Allow users to submit a website, and let an admin approve/disapprove before it goes on of it

This would be greatly appreciated!
