[Request] Clan Mod

I was wondering if we could have a clan mod. Lets members create their own Clans. And When you click the link it shows up with a list of clans. Click it and it shows details and stuff. and a link "Join this clan". And stuff ^_^!
And on the side it shows the Team Statistics. =D! Like a clan mod like IPB's clan mod. =D!
