Edit Post Reson
I am looking for a mod that when a post is edited or deleted by someone other than original poster, a "reason" will be required. Will also show the users name as being "Edited by: {user_name}", "Reason: ". If the post has been deleted, it will just leave a blank spot show who and why it was deleted.
