Custom "[tags]" in thread topic.

Looking for a mod for my board.

I've seen similar things on VB forums. What I need it to do is the following;

Insert custom "[tags]/prefix" at beginning of thread topic in a specified forum (eg.f=25/f=58). The poster has to select a prefix from a drop down menu before being able to submit their thread.

Be able to select the forum(s) that this MOD is required to be used in.

Customisable colours for each tag.

I want to use this in a classifieds section of my forum, where the prefix would be the members location (state abbreviation) at the beginning of the thread title.

The member would create their thread, and would have to select the correct prefix from a drop down menu on the posting.php page before being able to proceed with posting the thread.

The final result would look like this;

[LOCATION] For Sale - Blah, Blah
[LOCATION] For Sale - Blah, Blah

Would have to be able to edit colours/tags/forums etc in ACP.

Is there something like this already, or would someone be interested in creating it?

Seems as though they all a do a few things, but not everything.

I just hope one day there is something that;

Can force users to use a pre defined tag via ACP.
Can select which forum(s) require use of tags via ACP.
Custom tag colours.
Display on both index and viewtopic.

I'll keep my eye on some that are in RC stage and see how they go. This is a feature I (and no doubt many others) would love to see as a standard feature the phpbb package.
