phpBB3 Warning Modification

I want it to match the overall scheme.

Warning cards = yellow
Ban card = red

Thats exactly what I want. Like this below:

1 warn = (under users avvy) 1 yellow card
1 ban = (under users avvy) 1 red card

and so on!

This is already a feature of phpbb3. To warn a user, look for a triangle with an exclamation point in it.
