SQL Cleaner (making BB3 Vanilla again)

Hi, I am requesting a mod that has this functionality

for phpbb3. If one already exists I may have missed it while searching for the past day or so. I am looking to clean out around 20 forums so that they can be upgraded without a hitch, and then redone to new specifications. Doing it by hand would be... a rather... laborious task...

It would be cool to have one for 3.0.6 and 3.0.5 (because the upgrade from 5 to 6 saw so many changes).

...but using a tool and some vanilla files? That would save me months of work (on and off because of time constraints).

The Support Toolkit has a database cleaner as one of its tools. Only works with 3.0.6 though.
