Is there a mod thats stops a user from posting with the exact same data before.

If not can someone make one with these features.

User cannot post with the exact same data if they have previously.
Option to enable it in some forums.
Option so it only applies if user is starting a new topic.
Show posting error on posting page.

I don't think there is such a MOD and I'm guessing no one will make it.

This is for two reasons, firstly it would slow down the posting process, especially on larger boards or for members with a lot of posts, it would have to retrieve every other post by the user and then compare the new post against each character by character before the new post could be added, secondly it could be easily defeated by just changing capitalisation, this would be different to This, changing one word in the post, the cat to a cat, or adding an extra character, say .. instead of .

It would be nice to have such feature, at least in title.
There is plenty of ways for detecting if a certain sentence is similar to another, and other platforms do it such as stackoverflow.
Anyone knows anything?

I'm sick of always repeating the same answers in my phpbb forum.

Sorry for my bad English, I do not speak any language (Spanish speaking), I use a translator...
