[user]USER_NAME[/user] BBCode Mod

Hi,

I wanted a mod that will perhaps make changes to bbcode parser and add a new bbcode

[user]USER_NAME[/user]

That will display the Coloured Link to profile of that user (by fetching user id and user colour from the username)
Perhaps also possibility of

[user]USER_ID[/user]

Also, May be similar options to that of get_username_string()
To display coloured links to either userprofile, or just coloured name without link, or mailto link (forum PM) so on.

If Anyone takes up this and makes the mod, it'll be greatly appreciated.

Note, that I do NOT want only link. I know how to make BBCODE to put the data that we already have with some fixed string. Main problem is fetching the usercolour, (which will depend on group) from the user table.

I want to fetch colour data from users table. Turning something into a link when you already have all parts of link, isn't something too hard.

I assume the word coloured is clear enough.

the coloration is luxury, but the username is the hardest thing , so much more important.
color can come later.

another question, bcs. it was not clear:
- the "colourised username" [bbcode] should show the poster name or the post viewer name or any user you wrote in this bbcode?

Usage
In the HTML Replacement, find yourboardurl and replace it with the URL of your board, less the http:// or https:// and the www. For example: phpbb.com/community

Quickly Tested. This is really simple, unlike 4_seven's.

It is in development, I work on the final version (1.0.0)!
