I am after a news feed scroller like the one shown on this website towards the bottom:

What Mod is that and where do I get it from?

A good idea, which I'm trying already. Unfortunately they've not made it easy to contact admin, as PM are not enabled (probably just for Newly registered users), and posts need approval before they are enabled, and there is no contact Email details.

According to the admin there, it was not implimented with a MOD, but it was done by "directly editing the template".

Did you ask him which template and what code he added. Maybe he will be willing to tell you.
