Notify users when a new reply or topic is made

Hey everybody.

One of my clients with a small board needs the following function.

If ANY users make a topic or reply, then the rest get notified via email.

The following mods is close by no dice since then only notify topic author if there is any replies to his post. The mod i need will notify all users if any topic or reply is made by any user.

Any idea if there is a mod that does this or if there is another way ?

THx forgot about that. Sadly it requires user action. Hopefully the author will have a query to run to active it for all users. or else with 30 users or so it wouldnt be that much work for me to setup for each.
