Please help me with Admin forced Usernames

Hi I am very new to this forum, and I want to implement a function such that when a user creates a new account in our forum the username should not be choice-able. I mean the the user names of all the users should be provided automatically like for the first user its USER001, for second user it should be USER002 and so on.

Is such functionality possible, b'coz the privacy of users if of priority for this forum.

Please help me if such MOD or even such setting is available in the settings of phpBB (I have searched but didn't found it).
