Warn2Topic ?

Is there any mod like the "report2topic" but for warnings? It would be more organized if a topic was created automatically when you send a 'warn', To organize the discussion in a topic.

I would have thought staff discussion about warnings would occur before they were issued not after?

the idea would be to create a topic in a particular area so we send the "warn".
This area would have to discuss the specific warns and bans
