When did your problem begin? The problem started after upgrading from phpBB 3 to 3.1.3
Please describe your problem.
Our set-up requires new registrations to be approved by admin: in the past the administrators were advised by email when there was a new registration, but these emails are no longer being received. We are not aware of having made any changes to our set-up that could have caused this problem and I have not been able to find anything in the ACP that seems relevant. (Board wide emails are enabled, and "Use SMTP server for email:" is set to "no").
I still receive emails when new posts are made in topics to which I subscribe so there does not seem to be a general email problem.
Any help to get new registration emails sent to admin would be much appreciated.
