[Request] Warning/Banned System

I would probably think that this thread had been made by multiple-users. But i had used search and they all had came up with 2.x.x users. I would wondering if there is a thread here in [DEV] warning/banned system for phpBB3.x users. Would hope this would be similar to vB infractions.

The only feature that i would like to find in the vB when sending infractions, it would make a thread x so you can view what the user had gotten. For example:

x > x > Infraction for username: reason(x) or warning for user: reason(x)
Username: X
infraction or warning: X
points(x)

a system like this is already included in the 3.0.RC1

How would i make set it to where it automatically makes a thread that would display these? I'm messing around the Moderations and couldn't find it or how to do it

wait what phpbb has a infraction system? Where? I dont see it

we only have warnings system currently. I am also waiting for someone to develop something exactly like VB. and on PHPBB3, admins cant remove warnings.
