Yeah, that's true. I mean, ideally you'd probably want an admin to be able to make ranks, and then specify which rank "set" they were in, and then be able to apply a rank set to a group from there. Though, I would think having more restrictions on what constituted a rank (like, being able to say this person needs 15 posts and 500 threadviews to reach this rank, etc.) would be more important and useful in the long run.
