hi

if i'd like to use mods of version 2.0.22 with the new RC2 of phpBB3

will it work or ????

Short answer: No, it will not work.

Long answer: No, it will not work because phpBB3 is totally different than phpBB2. You would have to edit all of the original files to work with phpBB3 and then you would have to figure out how to integrate it into phpBB3 because all of the files are different. My suggestion is: if you can't code, wait for a port.

Also, this topic is in the wrong forum.

Did u go crazy or are u in no mans land

If u use phpbb2 mods n phpbb3 it will give fatal errors are nothing else ...
Resulting in self destruction of database

Probably becuase you simply don't do a search or simply can't read anything that has been posted a million times already

phpbb2 and phpbb3 are completely different the code for phpbb3 is completely new.
