Different domains showing different parts of the forum

I have different (country) domains for the same topic but in different languages.
Now I would like to start a forum that combines the different domains. So 1 forum for 4 domains. On every domain the forum should be in the correct language (from the domain) and only show the categories that belong to that domain (so the country specific categories).

Any idea on how to do this? Does there exist a mod that does something similar or does anyone know a solution?
