It probably will unless they change the way smilies are parse. (but i think they didn't)

ok...downloaded the zip...unzipped it, followed install instructions, no smilies, did search for other instructions, followed them, still don't work

then chose show all smiles pak file uploaded that,

chose the "show all smiley pak file
uploaded it to the directory where are existing files are
in /public_html/redbird/images/smilies

still don't work....what are we missing here? Please help

i have downloaded, uploaded, unzipped and they are in. but no smilies. any help as well?

You need to unzipped before uploading.

upload CONTENTS of the smilies folder in yourphpbbroot/images/smilies

go to ACP > Posting > Smilies > Click the link that says "Install Smilies Pak".

read the install.txt for further instructions
