Help with borders and rounded corners

I followed the instructions on viewtopic.php?f=74&t=546765 to apply borders and rounded corners to my forum but found out that my fixed width is a problem. I know that I need to resize the image and change some code. I posted on that topic for help but it is so long and old that i think it kind of got buried.

What pixel dimensions should i resize the image to?

What changes do I need to make to the code to remove the break on the top and bottom left and shrink it to my forum width?

Any suggestions.

I removed the border but would still like help with it.

Finally got it to work with a tutorial that works flawlessly.

Everyone try it who needs help with borders/rounded corners.

Does anyone know how to add padding to the top and bottom of my forum to bring it away from the window edge?
