Forum Looks Different In Internet Explorer

After working quite alot on my forum "customizing" it. I noticed that it looks different in IE than what it does in FF. In FF it looks the way I want it to but in IE it looks out of whack. Anyone else experiencing this? And, if so, is there a way to fix it? this is what I see with IE7

The 'corner' and edges of the boxes are distorted. Particularly on the right hand side.
