Get the good colspan

Post by Lyr »

Hi everyone

I'm using phpBB3 template engine has a stand alone engine for my portal, and I have a question on the topic if you don't mind ;)

So I have a big array with a lot of row and column. Somethime, it may be empty, and instead of having no row at all, I would like one default row that will be one cell with a colspan = number of column. Here is my actual code:

Code: Select all

<table>
		<tr>
			<!-- BEGIN label -->
			<th title='{object_list.label.DESCRIPTION}'>{object_list.label.LABEL}</th> <===============
			<!-- END label -->
				<th title='Options'/>
			</tr>
			<!-- BEGIN object -->
			<form action='portal.php' method='post'>
				<tr>
				<!-- BEGIN attribute -->
					<td>
				         ...
					</td>
				<!-- END attribute -->
					<td>
                                         ...
					</td>
				</tr>
			</form>
			<!-- BEGINELSE object -->
			<tr>
				<td colspan="{label.S_ROW_COUNT}">No value yet</td> <===============
			</tr>
			<!-- END object -->
			</table>
The interesting part are the arrow pointed one. My problem is that S_ROW_COUNT is an index starting from 0. So the 'No value yet' row cover all the column except for the last one. I tried
- Stuff like colspan="{label.S_ROW_COUNT}+1"
- And DEFINE $COLSPAN = label.S_ROW_COUNT+1

Both of those didn't worked. Is there someone who can give me a hand on the topic ? Thanks in advance !

PS : I didn't knew which forum would be the fittest for this question, so it's here. Sorry if it's the bad place.
