Reply and New Topic button not showing completely

I've searched for hours, and I cannot figure out why this is happening. It's only these button that look goofy, all other buttons are working fine. Where should I be looking to correct this????

The height is set to auto, but changing it, to say 50px, will only create padding. I'm at a total loss on how to correct this. Any help, please?

:oops:

I think the dimensions that you entered in your imagesets.cfg were not correct and therefore
making the image smaller, well cutting it down to size that it was told to from the imagesets file.

I looked in the imagesets.cfg file, and it is set to height:25px like it should be. It was working fine until today.

Here is some more infor that was requested:

The "New Topic" and "Post Reply" button are not showing completely. Not sure where the edit should be to disply them correctly.
I should mention that I added sliding windows (css in the background.css) to the format. However, I don't see how that could have changed something within the inner most DIV.

Actually whilst I am looking at this, open the file called "background.css" and change this code:

Code: Select all

/* wrapper */
#faecontainer {
	background-image: url("{T_THEME_PATH}/images/bgcontainer888.jpg");
	margin: 0px 30px 0px 30px;
padding: 0px 10px 0px 10px;
	width: 100%;
	height:auto !important; /* real browsers */
	height:100%; /* IE6: treaded as min-height*/
	min-height:100%; /* real browsers */
border-style: none solid none solid;
border-width: 12px;
border-color: #a4b486;
}
To this

Code: Select all

/* wrapper */
#faecontainer {
	background-image: url("{T_THEME_PATH}/images/bgcontainer888.jpg");
	margin: 0px 30px 0px 30px;
padding: 1px 10px 0px 10px;
	height:auto !important; /* real browsers */
	height:100%; /* IE6: treaded as min-height*/
	min-height:100%; /* real browsers */
border-style: none solid none solid;
border-width: 12px;
border-color: #a4b486;
}
That should tidy the background up a touch and stop that horizontal scrollbar continuously showing. Very nice header image also by the way.

Thanks for the advise on setting the background. I hadn't noticed it with all the work done today. It made the bottom scroll bar go away like you said.

The original issue hasn't resolved. It experimented a little with changing the container css I added to make sure there weren't any conflicts. That didn't help me identify the cause. So, I removed the conainers from the pages (to how they were originally) and I'll be darned that the buttons displayed correctly! Looking at the code as it currently may not reveal how the error originally came up. Maybe it was just my own sloppy code. :geek:

The fae_forest template may not be well suited for flex-widths because min-heights won't always be 100%. Guess it's better to stick with the simple background.css with the solid borders instead.

Thanks to all that looked at it and tried to help. PhpBB rocks!
