Like Erik Meyer's Reset CSS. Basically a completely blank template for phpBB, but with the structure in tact.

It's still pretty "heavy" in terms of CSS, but I'm sure I can strip it down even more while still keeping the general structure intact, when I have some free time. Please let me know what you think - it seems that there's some interest in something like this, thus it's definitely worth spending some time working on it. :)

Cool, have been looking for something like that and was already thinking about doing something like that myself. Definitely Gonna try yours out prototech.
