Change text color for Admin & mods

Post by Freethinkaluva »

How do I change the text color for "Administrators, Global moderators"?

The red is too much for me - http://www.freethoughtnation.com/forums/index.php

Thanks for that!

Now, how do I change the color for links? I've been looking all around to find it and I just can't see it anywhere.

* I sure wish the newer 3.0 versions were more user friendly. If you're not an expert with phpbb forums then figuring stuff out on your own can be really difficult. I was hoping the newer version would be even more user friendly but it just isn't. I have to come here to ask questions for almost everything. I would think phpbb would want it more user friendly so people to won't have to come here to ask how to do - basically anything.

I still have no idea what a "global moderator" is or how that is different from our moderators from before. I'd like to get rid of the global mod thing at the bottom altogether - of course I can't figure out how to do that along with a number of other things.

How do I change the text color for links forum wide? I've been looking all around to find it and I just can't see it anywhere. Now, the color is light blue and you can't hardly tell if something has been linked or not. I need to change the color to make links stand out more.

Reading the DOCUMENTATION would be a help to your questions. That said, changing link color depends on what style you're using. Styles based on subsilver2 keep such information in stylesheet.css. For Prosilver based styles - it would normally be in colors.css/colours.css.

I didn't see anything in the "documentation" explaining how to change the colour of the text when it is hotlinked with the URL code thingy. The light blue is just too light on the prosilver theme making it hard to tell if something is hotlinked or not at times. Unless, I make it bold, which I'd rather not have to do everytime.
