[HELP] how to add sidebar to prosilver-based theme

Hello I'm running http://tambayan.yupips.com/index.php

which is using prosilver templates, but it is not 100% width as it has only fixed width to handle its header.

1. now I just want to know how can I add a sidebar on each side maybe 160px width
2. and only visible in index page.
3. btw, how can i also make this lay-out at viewtpic:
   
   I think that would be much and more efficient, that the whole side bar div in viewtopic will just be moved at the top.
   maybe just a div that will support 240x240 px avatar

P.S. Sorry for my old style, my mod installer removed the copyright, now I added them by my self. sorry. I really felt bad for that, deepest apologies to Semi Deus and other people who have the credit for the theme.
