Site Logo

Post by ddbillsfan » Fri Feb 11, 2011 5:32 pm

Ok so I created my forum. But there is a problem. I wanna change my site logo. But when I do, it's all fuzzy looking. Here's how the original logo looks, not being on the site:

But when it's on the site, it doesn't look fuzzy.

When I created a new logo, and set it as the main image, it becomes really fuzzy. How can I fix this problem?

Hello ddbillsfan!

You need to change the dimensions to be in correlation with your image.

How did you change the site logo?

If you replaced the existing site_logo.gif in the \styles\prosilver\imageset, you then need to open imageset.cfg
(It's located in the same folder)

Find:

Code: Select all

img_site_logo = site_logo.gif*52*139
Change the dimensions 52*139 to your new image dimensions.

Otherwise it will be resized to 52*139, which would make it look fuzzy.

Best of luck!

Hugs :ugeek:

Hi,

Or use the ACP Styles to reset the dimensions - clearing the values and then click on submit. If automatic detection fails simply type in the new values.

I don't think the dimensions is what's causing it to be fuzzy. I didn't even change the image size when I edited it, and it still was fuzzy when I saved it and put it on the site. Any other solutions?

Hi,

It may not be anti-aliased against the right colour background.
