If your banners (meaning banner ads or images, not the board logo) are in overall_header.html, you should change the links there.

First img+link:

Code: Select all

<a target="_blank" href="http://www.tonelliauction.com/index.asp">
<img src="banners/bannerad.ton.jpg" alt="http://www.tonelliauction.com/index.asp" height="60" width="486"></a>
Second img+link:

Code: Select all

<a target="_blank" href="http://www.cafepress.com/pixpast">
<img src="banners/pixpast-shop-banner.jpg" height="60" width="486"></a>
To change the link, just change the URL in the tag href.

This code is located at: styles/polyethylene/template/index_body.html

edit:
I visited your forum and noticed that the link has been changed, you've solved your problem :?:

You "can" or "can't" see the PHP? You shouldn't be able to see that from your browser.

You may have solved the problem, but for future reference, keep this in mind. In most browsers, the View source command shows the HTML file as delivered to your PC. This means that you see the result after server processing (PHP, server-side includes, etc.) and before JavaScript execution (you'll see SCRIPT HTML tags in the source). There are plug-ins for some browsers that allow seeing the results after JavaScript execution but there's no way that I know of (short of looking at the source code that's on the server) to see the code that produced the HTML before it was delivered to your browser.

For phpBB, you can navigate to the /styles/[style-name]/template directory, open the template files in your browser and use View source to see what they look like, but that's the closest that you can get, I think.
