Problem with ads and Fonts size

hi experts ....have a look at my forum http://crazzyustad.com/phpBB3/index.php
i am having a problem.....i want to put my own flash ads and banners in the two blank side of the forum index....please let me know how to do it.

i have reduced the width of the forum ...but i want my header banner to retain its orginal size(php blue banner size) how to change my banner to the original size. i want to change the whole block of
User Control Panel (0 new messages) • View your posts . FAQ to original size also...pease help how to do that

i want to change the font size of the forum caregory...how is it possible???
please help me

When i view your board i get a 404 error page?

goto the root url and try /forums, not phpbb3

got it to wokr but major sliding on the page

i have some problem .....if u open the forum with ie6 then u will find the blue header streching a bit...plus i want to change the size of the fonts for the forum category....please help
