Change BG Color of "Board Index"

I'm using Prosilver and modifying the CSS to make a different color scheme. For the life of me I can't find the CSS to change the background color behind the "board index/user control panel" section below the banner. It's not an image but just a color. Please tell me where this is...

I'm not too sure, but i believe its in the

themes/colour.css
or
themes/common.css

its one of the first lines of code, between the first 20 lines or so...i'm too lazy to go check, but i hope the file names have helped you.

I have checked common.css and colours.css and can't find it. I've changed just about every background and I still can't find it. It seems like it should be navbar but it isn't. I changed the background to white but no good. Any other ideas where it is?

Thank you!!! It turns out I had found the correct place to change but I needed to turn off the cache (as stated in the help topic). Voila!
