I don't know if this mod is still being paid attention to, but:

The mod installed without problems in my forum. However:

  2. If a topic in a post-count forum is moved to the no-post-count-forum, all people lose the credit (ie: post count goes down for all people who have posted in that topic)?

These two do not seem to be working. I did some testing, and the post count does not change when I move topics.

Also, is there a way to reduce the post count according to the number of posts that were already made in the no-post-count forums before the mod was installed?

Okay, I used easymod 0.3.0 to install, got a critical error that it couldn't find some specific code on line 164 of modcp.php. So I added the code that it mentioned and it installed fine the second go around with easymod. Good. So I entered the forum I wanted to not increase post count, I hit submit, then when I test it... post count +1... Hmmmmm. So I manually uninstalled it and tried it the old fashion way, the way it said in the notepad. Us the mod_install.php in my browser to do the tables, then manually enter all the data. Still no go. I'm running a fresh board, no mods save for easymod, and it's PHPbb 2.0.22.

Is it not good for this board or am I doing something wrong? This isn't the first time it's happened, the other stop post from increasing mod seems to not want to work either.

This is the one that you edit the forums you want to stop post count increasing in the admin panel i think, so did you enter it there?

This isn't really about the mod, but it solves the problem:

1. Rename the forum that you want to reduce the post count for.
2. Create a new forum with the old name.
3. Set the new forum as no-post-count.
4. Move all mesages from the old, renamed forum to the new forum.
