Hi, Thanks for great MOD. I have just installed this mod into my forum, It looks really nice. The only thing bugs me is that the topic is rolling up too fast and when I point my mouse to the topic, It still keeps rolling not stoping like other forum did...Can anyone help me to do this ? Thanks in advance...

Thanks it slows down now, Im dumb :)...Is it posible that I can change the user's color in the Active latest Box ? Im using username_color_1.1.1em by Kooky. After I have posted a new topic, I see that my name (as admin) and other user's names are the same color...Are there anyway to make admin name be red as the way it should be ? Thanks again..

Problem: I downloaded this lastest version. However, when clicking the title, it jump to the first post of the topic. Actually it should jumps to the last post. I am using 2.0.22

Suggestion: There is a mod for bbtonuke called "At a glance". This mod is very intelligent. Once user login, clicking the title will go to the first post that this user didn't read. This function is very very helpful.

Suggestion: Any one can make this mod compatible with the "Today at - Yesterday at" mod?

Thanks! The installation was super simple.
I only wish there's a MOD out there that will put the latest topic in every section; not sure if I explained clear enough what I want. :lol:

Im having a really hard time putting this on a second site......the first went great but when I copied the files onto the second site it didnt work........they are both the same template. Did I screw up by useing the same files? And if so how do I fix it? Im going in the hospital for 10 days and would like to fix this if at all possible.

Hi,

I have a MOD, board_msg_xl, it allows me to add an announce broad in any place in the "top" of my web site.
Today I install this "Latest active topics on index", it works well but I shows in the "bottom" of the index.

How can I put "the latest topics" below the announce broad?

Hey all!

I voted Excellent ofcourse, THANKS FOR A SUPERB MOD! This is Open Source. This is what I love.

But I have a simple question and I know it's been done before. How do I apply "Today at/Yesterday at MOD" to work with this MOD? As it is now, the today/yesterday shows at the right of each forum, but in this scrolling box, it's still unchanged. Here, http://27mhz.se/forums

I know you people have a clue. THANKS

Hi. I'm trying to build a decent forum with a friend (a colleague-admin :lol: ) and we've installed your mod, though we don't the text scrolling. What we want is for the frame to stay the same size as it is, but we want to have a scrollbar at the right, so that people can just scroll inside it, making it sort of an (i)Frame.

Here's our code atm, we've removed the marquee thingie, but we don't really know how to add a scrollbar.

Code: Select all

	<table width="100%" cellpadding="3" cellspacing="1" border="0" class="forumline" height="100%">
	<tr>
		<td class="catHead" height="28"><a name="login"></a><span class="cattitle">{MARQUEE_TOPIC}</span></td>
	</tr>
	<tr>
		<td class="row1" valign="top"><span class="gen">
			<table cellpadding="4" cellSpacing="1" width="100%">
<!-- BEGIN marqueerow -->
			<tr valign="top">
				<td class="row2" vAlign="center" align="middle" width="20">
					<img src="{marqueerow.FOLD_URL}">
				</td>
				<td class="row2" width="352">
					<span class="forumlink"><a href="{marqueerow.TOPIC_URL}" onMouseOver="document.all.recent_topics.stop()" onMouseOut="document.all.recent_topics.start()">{marqueerow.TOPIC_TITLE}</a></span>
					<span class="gensmall"><br /></span>
				</td>
				<td class="row2" vAlign="center" align="middle" width="78">
					<span class="gensmall"><a href="{marqueerow.USER_PROF}" onMouseOver="document.all.recent_topics.stop()" onMouseOut="document.all.recent_topics.start()">{marqueerow.USERNAME}</a></span>
				</td>
				<td class="row2" vAlign="center" noWrap align="middle" width="100">
				<span class="gensmall">{marqueerow.POST_DATE}</span>
				</td>
			</tr>
<!-- END marqueerow -->
			</table>
		</td>
	</tr>
	</table>
Thanks!

I'm also toying with killing the auto-scrolling, and just having scroll bars. The big reason for this is that suddenly, in Firefox, the marquee wouldn't stop scrolling on mouseover, and it jumps back to the top instead of just rolling like it used to. I installed the Coolchat mod, and will ask there for assistance.
However, I did discover that removing the "document.all." from the "document.all.recent_topics" stop and start pieces fixed the first, but I still cannot figure out the second problem.

Suggestions?
