The lookup on whois.sc is great. Try:
"U_WHOIS_IP" => "http://www.whois.sc/$reg_ip",

and
"U_WHOIS_IP" => "http://www.whois.sc/$guest_ip",

You may be using an automated program: You are not allowed to use an automated program to access our sites. Did you really not read that you could be fined before you started attacking our site? You may think that your 10 or 100 or 1,000 hits 'wasn't much', but if there are thousands of people out there doing the same thing, our site may not be able to handle it. If you were doing WHOIS or city lookups, well, we can't feel too bad for you, as those pages make it very clear that abusing our site isn't cool.
