No, do you have a link to it?

Does this mod require another mod to be installed in it?

Perfect! I had to rewrite a lot of the code, but it does what I want.

I'm still interested in this mod though, because some of our staff are wearing multiple hats, and it'd be nice to display each rank position.

My biggest problem with the Medals mod, and one I foresee happening with this one, is that there is so much space being used in the left table (avatar, location, rank, etc.) that if the post is short (single line) and the signature small then the data can overlap the next posters info, at least it did in Firefox.

I'll have to do some experimenting, to see if I can make a fix for that...

I install the latest version multiple ranks 2.03 but when done, my user admin only shows 3 rank available 1) No rank assigned 2) Automatic Ranking By Days and 3) Automatic Ranking By Posts.

Whre's the assigned rank for group or moderator?
Are the author have remove it? If so how I'm gonna assigned user to moderator or special group?

Thanks

Here the screenshot:

Don't get me wrong. I too have this mod. It's great. However, I test my forums in IE and Firefox and have not seen what you describe. That seems very strange.

And, yes the left side of posts can get a bit long. You can limit the number of medals displayed (I have mine set to six).

I also use a modified version of the Country Flag mod, and with the addition of the medals I was getting the flag and the location data being superimposed on the avatar of the following post when it was a one or two line post. I rewrote portions of the mod to display the medals below the signature line. This leaves me room in the left hand pane to add this Mod and not run out of room.

Of course, I could also display the ranks in a different location entirely, such as below the medal line, but we'll see how it looks when I get it installed.

How do I uninstall the incorrect version of this mod so I can install the new version?

Looks like you didn't run the SQL portion of the install.

Before installing any Mod you should always backup your files. Assuming you did then just reinstall your backups over the modified files.

If you didn't do a backup, then you'll have to go through the mod, step-by-step, in reverse, and undo all the changes made.

I'm not the Mod author, and I still haven't gotten this one installed yet (I'm meaning to, just not enough time now) but I would imagine you simply setup a special rank "Banned" (I have one on my system) and this Mod will automatically display it if the username is listed in the banned file.

At least that's one logical way to do it. There may be others, and the mod author may have a new way he invented all on his own.

Oh, and your mileage may vary, taxes and license extra, batteries not included. :D
