gee...yes, but which option??? Ok. I assume you want to install phpBB forum on your site, and that you have downloaded files already. the next thing you probably should do is to read carefully this topic:

if you don't have a files already you can download a copy from
https://sourceforge.net/project/showfil ... up_id=7885
phpBB v2.0.0 Gold...tar.gz or zip - what you prefere...

If you want to install phpBB:

download the archive like erk said. Extract the files from it and read the INSTALL.html file in the "docs" directory

If you want to learn how to make a website, this is a good place to start:

It takes effort though, you will need to read a lot before it starts making sense. Good luck, and please try to have a specific question when you are looking for help 8)
