[DEV] Notification alert

Since I didn't get any answers i might as well develop it myself... The main object of this mod is to help yoursite get better active.. now I've only expirence with phpbb3 once so im not very familiar with it.. I'm not gonna lie i am a Vbulletin freak.. but i have to say i am very pleased of how phppb3 is...

The screenshot below shows you how it will display.. now the code that i use in there isnt the right code... everytime i refresh its gone...

Description: This mod will allow users to see when someone creates a topic or replies to a topic in the shoutbox..

*Note*This will only work on handymans ajax shoutbox...

looks good, but it's impractical for larger sites.

Could you not make this mod how alerts on a bar like the 1 on facebook. as i think it would be good to intergrate with other mods.

Now the coding i had did in this makes the whole forum go all the way over to the left so im still coding it and i forgot to add the colons to it....

I'm still gonna have the one i showed in the very first post.. im gonna have two for download...

suggestions:

set in acp forum id for show topic
set for show topic and post or one or outter
set in acp enable/disable
