Is it possible to add a function where you can disable the site announcements separately from the guest announcements and vice versa?

hmm, could you try to reupload the files from the mod, maybe something went wrong during the upload.

i am not sure i understand correctly. Right now you can show the announcements to guests only, everyone or groups. additionally, if shown to groups you can have a separate guest announcements whcih to me covers waht you are asking...

What I'm trying to say is that I want the guest announcements to stay up but the site announcements box for the other groups to disappear in the forum index.

take the text of your guest announcements, put them into the site announcements and set them to show to guests only.

did you upload the edited overall_header.html file of the style you are using, also, please make sure your cache is cleared and your template is refreshed through the acp.

Ok, does this work on the Xtreme styles because I'm using one? Or only on prosilver?

have a look in the third post of this topic, there are a couple of styles i have put in the announcement_centre.html you can download including the xtreme style.

Thanks, man. How come I didn't scroll down and look at the other styles, though. I don't know, I guess I was just excited.

A simple question: I just upload these to styles/X-treme/templates and that's it? Don't I need to purge my cache and refresh the template of this style, do I?

Edited: Where should the announcements be shown? I see nothing on index after my configuration.
